Asian Graphics Now!

As promised! I would like to blog more about my art books to celebrate my 7 years of collecting (WOW do I actually need to celebrate it? haha). Anyways I’ll start off with my favorite graphic arts book, Asian Graphics Now! I bought this last year in Fullybooked Fort Bonifacio branch (my fave hang out place) because of Computer Arts magazine’s recommendation. The book showcases different asian talents in graphic design, packaging, branding and the world of advertising. Too bad we weren’t in it but hopefully! someday! hehe.

Favorite artists of mine like Phunk Studio (Singapore) and Momorobo (China) were also featured inside. However the main reason I bought this 1999 PHP book, (goodness me, it was expensive but worth it! (-_-;)) was for the extensive ideas for branding. They had designs for bottles, posters, business cards and even their outdoor advertising executions. The whole book was a total package and since I’m very interested with Asian culture, I really had to get this! ♥ Here’s what you can see inside!

Buy Asian Graphics Now! @ your nearest Fullybooked store! :) Oh and btw! Katipunan branch is opening already! go go go! :)
